Cancellation and Refund Policy


Most of our airline tickets and service fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. Some airlines do allow free cancellation and full refund within 24 hours of booking. All cancellations and refund requests must be done by calling our customer care experts and not via email or chat. We can accept refund requests only if the following conditions have been met:

  • you have applied for a cancellation and refund with us and if the fare rules permits for cancellation and refunds;
  • you are not a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are in-eligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing); and
  • We are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund.



It is difficult to mention or provide a specific time period for refund to be processed. Your request is a priority for us and is handled sequentially. We send email notifications once we discuss and receive your request over the phone. After we receive your request we work with the respective airlines, third parties and consolidators on the fare rules, supplier rules and conditions. Our services fees associated with the original travel reservation or booking are not refundable. Please remember that we are a third party and dependent on the airlines or consolidators for the final resolution. Generally all suppliers charge a service fee or penalty. The entire refund process can take up to 90 business days. Apart from the supplier fees, airlines penalties, we charge a service fee for post ticketing service.

Please note cancellations completely depend on the ticketing authority, consolidators and airlines fare rules and we cannot over write any of the policies made.
